Step by step

  1. Create an account. Register with your name, email address and date of birth. We check that you are 18 or over.
  2. Buy your tickets. Choose how many tickets you want for each draw. Tickets cost £1 each.
  3. Wait for Saturday. Every Saturday at 12 noon we hold a draw. Each ticket has an equal chance.
  4. Check your email. We email every player after each draw, and winners are told personally.

The draw

Draws take place every Saturday at 12 noon. All valid tickets bought before 11:59pm on the Friday are entered. Winning tickets are selected at random using an independent random number generator and are witnessed by two members of the Kirk Session or lottery team. The results are published on our winners page the same afternoon.

If a Saturday is not suitable for a draw (for example, due to severe weather or a technical fault), the draw takes place on the next available day and players are told by email.

Claiming a prize

Winners are emailed on the day of the draw and the prize is paid by bank transfer within 7 days of the winner confirming their details. Prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the draw. Unclaimed prizes are given to Fyvie Parish Church.
